Excused Absent: Robin Pelletier, Thomas Gilligan

Unexcused Absent: Brian Duchesne, Mona McCready

Jennifer called the meeting to order 6:28 p.m.

Minutes from January 13, 2005 Budget Committee meeting

Tom I. made a motion to accept the minutes, Peter seconded. No discussion. The motion passed unanimously.

Minutes from January 15, 2005 Town Public Hearing

Larry made a motion to accept the minutes, Dan seconded. No discussion. The motion passed unanimously.

Minutes from January 18, 2005 School Public Hearing

Tom I. made a motion to accept the minutes, Larry seconded. No discussion. The motion passed unanimously.

Peter made a motion to adjorn, Larry seconded at 6:31 pm. The motion passed unanimously.
