The Chairperson, Sandra A. McKenney, opened the Selectmen's meeting of 3/8/04. Present beside the Chairperson was Benjamin E. Fontaine, Jr., Arthur G. Houle, Selectmen; David A. Jodoin, Administrative Assistant. Also present were Claudette and Armand Verville, Carol and Roland Martel, Robert Lee, Edward Cry, Penny touchette, Diane Demers, Henriette Girard, Vicki Kneeland, Georgette Plourde, Bettye Richard, Peter Viar, Attorney Biron Bedard, Monica Nann-Smith, and Marcella Hinkell.

A motion was made by Arthur Houle, seconded by Benjamin Fontaine, to accept the minutes of 3/1/04 Selectmen's meeting. Motion passed.

Chairperson McKenney stated that the next part of the meeting was to honor Benjamin Fontaine who did not seek re-election as Selectman. The Chairperson thanked Ben for his work as Selectman for 5 years. Mr. Fontaine said a few words of wisdom to the audience. A going away cake and goodies made by Chairperson McKenney were enjoyed by all.

The meeting adjourned at 8:25 PM.
