NOTICE: The Highway Department will be closed on the following Saturday holidays: Memorial Day, Fourth of July and Labor day.
A Reminder from the Road Agent: Curbside trash pick up is for household solid waste only. Household solid waste should be placed in a trash-can no larger than 30 gallons, not to exceed 40 pounds in weight. Loose household trash may also be placed in a garbage bag and will be collected as long as it does not weigh more than 40 pounds. Keep your Highway Department workers in mind and cover your trash cans when it rains: water weighs over 8 pounds per gallon. Click here for the new Disposal Fee Rate Schedule.
